Dr Kaustav Bhattacharya was due to present at the annual VIA Australian Metabolic Dietitians Meeting in March 2020, however, due to Covid-19, this presentation on fat oxidation defects was delivered via webinar.

The aim of the of the webinar was to illustrate, using a selection of cases studies from a variety of fat oxidation defects, the complexities and challenges of managing these disorders.
