Description
Agnes shared her clinical experience of a 17-year-old patient with drug-resistant focal epilepsy using K.Vita alongside an oral diet with oral nutritional supplements. The patient had improvements in the number and recovery of seizures and increased attendance at school; however developed a poor oral intake and compliance with K.Vita and oral nutritional supplements. A nasal gastric tube was inserted to support her oral intake. Watch the recording to learn more about using K.Vita in an enterally fed patient.
