Vitaflo’s 1st International Glycogen Storage Disease conference will mainly concentrate on the much anticipated results of the Glyde trial.
Learning Objectives:
- To understand the rationale for the international Glyde study: to evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of Glycosade® compared to Uncooked Cornstarch, in the nutrition management of hepatic glycogen storage diseases (HGSD).
- To understand the outcomes of the Glyde study, including long-term metabolic control, around-the-clock cornstarch intake, dietary quality, and quality of life in a diverse international population of hepatic GSD patients.
- To learn about the management of GSD Type Ib patients in Serbia.
- To learn about the practical implementation and use of Glycosade.
